Important Information
You will receive an email containing the:
- gift card amount
- code to use at checkout
- expiry date (5 years from date of purchase)
- link to view the balance for (and print) the gift card
- add to Apple Wallet option
Important information about your Digital Gift Card:
- Digital only: This is an electronic gift card. No physical card will be delivered and no shipping is required.
- Validity: Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in the gift card purchase confirmation email. A scheduled delivery date does not change the validity period.
- How to use it: Enter the unique gift card code in the gift card / discount field at checkout. The balance can be used towards eligible purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- Use more than once: You do not have to spend the full balance in one order. Any remaining balance can be used on later purchases while the gift card remains valid.
- Multiple gift cards: More than one gift card can be used towards the same order. If the combined gift card balance does not cover the full order total, the remaining amount can be paid using another available payment method.
- Check your balance: Open the gift card page using the link in the gift card email to view the remaining balance and gift card details.
- Scheduled delivery: If selected as a gift, the gift card should be delivered approximately between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the scheduled delivery date based on the purchasing customer's timezone.
- Gifting across countries: The purchaser and recipient do not need to be in the same country. A gift card may be purchased by one person and sent to someone else, including a recipient in another EU country where just moss delivers (check our Shipping Policy for the latest list of countries). VAT and delivery costs for the physical goods purchased with the gift card are determined when the goods are ordered, based on the applicable rules for that transaction and delivery destination.
- Refunds: Gift cards can be refunded to the original payment method during the first 30 days after purchase. Thereafter, the balance of the gift card will remain available using the original gift card code until the expiration date. A new gift card and code in the amount of the available balance at that time can be issued upon request. No refunds will be accepted after the gift card expiry date.
